Are you Anxious?
Do you get the butterflies that don't make you feel good?
Have you tried asking yourself, 'what is it that you are wanting to change?'
One can experience anxiety because of the following reasons
1) trying to control a situation/someone
2) A bad experience has left you traumatized. You don't want to start anything new with a fear to encounter a similar situation again
3) An unexpected event in your life that makes you feel helpless and unable to control the situation.
These are common triggers of anxiety. One can overcome anxiety if one understands the triggers of their anxiety.
Keep documenting the events that cause anxiety in you and try dealing with those situations
1) Acknowledge the fear
2) Face the fear/anxiety
3) Deal with the fear
4) overcome the anxiety
