Same way we need to cleanse our minds and monitor our thoughts periodically. Filter out all the negative,unwanted thoughts and refresh our minds with positive ones.

This brings clarity to our life and helps us stay focused.


10 ways to detox your mind:-


1) Meditate- Meditation brings peace, reduces anxiety, helps you to concentrate and avoid the junk thoughts


2) Set Goals and follow them-

Set targets, create a vision board and work towards your goals.

Creating a vision board helps you to focus on your goals. It also helps you to alter your action plan to achieve your goals.


3) Focus on people who add value-

Talk to people who add value to your life. Remove and unfollow people who don't add value, wo criticize and bring negativity in your life


4)Gratitude- Practice gratitude. Every Morning list 10 things you are thankful for in your life. This will help you focus on positive things around you.


5)Stay in alignment with your feelings-

When you are sad, guilty,anxious you are not in alignment with your feelings

You need to monitor these thoughts and question yourself if these thoughts are valid.


6)Stay Close to Naturel- Travel and explore new places, meet new people. This would help you gain new perspective about life.

Research says:- You feel happier and more relaxed and reduce the risk of depression when you are close to nature.


7) Learn a new Skill- Know your likes and dislikes, do some activities to keep your mind involved in things. Learn something new.This would keep you occupied and bring the best in you


8)Self Love-

Learn that you are beautiful and unique ini your own way. Don't compare yourself or bring any ill feelings. Spend more time with yourself. Take solo trips-This is an exciting, uplifting way to detox your soul


9)Breaking Habits:-

Break the old habits and try forming a new routine.

Hit the gym or join a dance or yoga class. Focus on your health, change your diet and see the change in you.


10)Time Off from Your Phone- Take some time off from your phone. Stop scrolling on social media and read a new book. Develop a habit of reading, stay updated with what is happening around. This would help you level up
